Log Home Technician
Job Description
We are looking for Log Home Technicians to complement our team. We travel Northern Michigan and Wisconsin repairing and building log structures. Our team takes great pride in our work and focuses on small details and craftsmanship. Applicants should be willing to travel and learn. No experience needed, we train on the job.
Responsibilities
Following instruction for kind of work and safety protocol. Making on site preparations such as setting up scaffolding, masking and dust control. Prepare walls and logs for staining and chinking by using sanders, pressure washing, media blasting and scraping. Caulking, chinking and stain application. Traveling and camping near or job sites. Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions.
Requirements
Willing to travel. Dependable Transportation. Manual dexterity and excellent balance to work on scaffolding and ladders. Conscientious with great attention to detail.
