As a leader, he brings calm confidence and technical know-how to every job site. A true outdoorsman, KC spends his free time at his cabin, fishing, or just soaking up nature—where he feels most at home.

Nick found his way into construction through a high school trades class and never looked back. After gaining experience in welding, he discovered his true calling in the restoration of log homes. Since joining Weatherwize in 2022, he’s been dedicated to preserving the rustic charm that makes each home unique. Off the clock, you’ll find him cycling, cooking, or enjoying the outdoors.

Since 2019, Eric has brought grit, creativity, and a no-frills work ethic to the Weatherwize team. A former production welder, he thrives in hands-on environments and isn’t afraid to live life differently—his home is a converted Ford ambulance, after all. Off the job, Eric spends his time camping, riding motorcycles, mountain biking, and managing his off-grid 4-acre property

Ben joined Weatherwize in 2022 and quickly found a passion for log home craftsmanship. He brings youthful energy and a growing skill set shaped by hands-on experience and mentorship. Whether he’s shaping logs or exploring the outdoors, Ben brings the same focus and enthusiasm—especially when it comes to fly fishing, snowboarding, or hitting the trails

Originally from Ohio, Jacob brings a passion for craftsmanship and the outdoors to Weatherwize. Living full-time in his custom-modified ambulance van, Jacob thrives on adventure and loves spending time in the woods. His dedication to log home restoration comes from a deep respect for nature and a hands-on approach to preserving the beauty of wood structures that defines the Weatherwize team.
